Why do I need a selfie check?
So everyone on Halfmoon is real. We compare a quick selfie with your main photo. If you change your main photo, you take the check again.
Who can see my photos?
Photos are private by default: others see a blurred version until you share them with a specific match. You can make them public to verified members in Me → Photo visibility.
What can my wali see?
An active wali can read your conversations and your matches’ profiles and photos you can see. They can’t send messages. You can turn this off or remove your wali at any time in Me.
How many introductions do I get?
Free members get a set number each day after Fajr. NISFQ+ removes the daily limit and adds advanced filters.
How do I cancel NISFQ+?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Open Me → NISFQ+ → Manage subscription, or your store’s subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
How do I pause or delete my account?
Pause your profile in Me to stop new introductions. Delete your account in Me → Delete account; your data is removed within 30 days.
My account is on hold or removed
Open the app and tap “Appeal by email”. It fills in a reference so we can find your account. Appeals are reviewed within 7 days.
